Access modes
Control how participants find and join your study.
A project’s access mode decides who can reach it and how. Set it when you create a project or from the Settings tab.
Modes
- Link only — reachable only through access links you share.
- Public on portal — anyone can find and join it from the public portal.
- Portal (admin approved) — listed on the portal, but participants need admin approval before starting.
You can change access mode at any time; it takes effect immediately for new participants.
