Collaborators & roles

Invite teammates and control what each can do.

Invite teammates to a project and give each the least access they need. Roles are set per project.

Invite a collaborator

    Open the Collaborators tab

    Enter a teammate’s email and pick a role.

    Send the invite

    Only owners and admins can manage collaborators.

What each role can do

Roles

  • Viewer — read-only access to the project.
  • Data viewer — read-only, and can see and export collected data.
  • Editor — can edit experiments and the flow.
  • Admin — full control, including managing collaborators and publishing.
